Small balls
1. Only black gram flour is used.
2. Small balls are shaped and fried in oil.
3. When they are crispy and a golden colour, they are removed from the oil.
4. They are drained on a wire mesh to remove excess oil.
Other ingredients.
* Chick peas are soaked in water for 4-5 hours and then fried in hot oil.
* Peanuts are fried in hot oil.
